For 8 years, Michelle has been listening to our community and advocating at City Hall.
The priorities for Kitchissippi have been made clear by YOU - in meeting with you, in conversations over the weeks, months and years. The sum up to: People, Place and Promise - see below.
Over the months you will see how these priorities translate into policy.
On the campaign trail, issues below are being shared in real-time as their urgency must be addressed.
Please subscribe to newsletters for the latest and come back here often.

People: Quality of life, belonging, affordability, and opportunity for people who live, work and play in Kitchissippi. Lives and livelihoods, local economies, community safety and well-being for everyone.
Place: Main streets that thrive, engaging public space, walkable neighbourhoods and active transportation. Green spaces, parks and a growing tree canopy.
Promise: Delivering trust, experienced leadership and a proven voice for Kitchissippi residents. Advocacy that gets action and collaboration that gets results.
Paid parking was introduced to Kitchissippi Ward in September 2025 after many years of consultation and research - since prior to my tenure at the Westboro Village BIA (2018).
This is a major growing pain that impacts everyone. I am developing policy on mitigating the pain as our ward and city grows; however there are major inconsistencies and discrepancies that need URGENT attention from City Hall.
I sent the city a letter to request urgent action. Click here to read it.
